  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your skincare products are tracked safely.

  Package with Care

  Securely pack your items in the original Onion box, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leaks during transit.

  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
